General Information

• All rules apply across all platforms we operate, including the game, Discord, website, wiks.
• For regular support, players may use the appropriate in-game support channels, Discord support channels, or the forums for suggestions and bug reports.
• Punishments may be executed immediately without prior warning if rule violations are suspected.
• Please understand that staff members are humans too and mistakes can happen. If you believe you were punished incorrectly, you may open a Discord ticket to request a review of your case.
• Permanent suspension is literal: you will no longer be welcome, and any new or future accounts will be permanently suspended on sight.

Fair Play / Harassment / Language

Players are expected to treat each other fairly and respectfully across all interactions on our platforms.

Use appropriate language in all public areas (chat, shops, etc.).

• Listen to the Admins and GMs.
• Do not scam other players.
• Do not hinder other players’ gameplay.
• Do not kill-steal (accidents may happen — say sorry). MVPs are free-for-all.
• Do not impersonate other players or staff.
• Participate in events with only one character per player.

Depending on the severity of the offense, penalties may include temporary or permanent exclusion from our services.

Toxic Behavior

Toxic behavior in any form is not tolerated.

This includes harassment, bullying, promoting harmful behavior, or supporting individuals or groups that promote harm.

Players are expected to contribute positively to the community and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Any involvement with toxic behavior — whether direct or indirect — may result in permanent suspension of all your accounts.

Item Loss at NPCs

Players are responsible for all interactions with NPCs that consume or destroy items, such as selling, refining, enchanting, exchanging, or upgrading.

If you accidentally lose a valuable item through an NPC interaction, we will not reverse the action or spawn replacement items.

Always double-check your inventory and store valuable items safely beforehand. Responsibility lies entirely with the player.

Bug Exploiting

A bug is an unintended behavior in the game. Exploiting a bug for personal gain is forbidden.

If you encounter a bug (e.g., unexpected amounts of Zeny, items, or experience), report it immediately.

Urgent bugs requiring immediate attention should be reported directly to the staff.

If exploitation is confirmed, temporary or permanent suspensions may be issued to protect the server.

Botting

Botting refers to any gameplay where the character is not actively controlled by the player.

This includes third-party programs, macros, or tools that perform multiple actions with a single button press. Only one action per input is allowed (e.g., ALT + right-click is fine).

Any form of automated play will result in permanent suspension of all your accounts.

Hacking

Hacking is the unauthorized manipulation of our services to disrupt gameplay.

Any hacking attempt will result in a permanent ban and loss of all access to our services.

Donation Fraud

Donation fraud occurs when a player makes a donation, receives rewards, and then requests a chargeback to reclaim the money.

Violators will be permanently banned, and their IGNs and email addresses may be made public for safety reasons.
